Poochee that sounds good...... I usually eat salad like that at home when I'm trying to eat healthy

However.....when I go out, I usually ask the waitress to pour blue cheese (wet and dry) all over my salad

That is where I ask for the dressing on the side. Then I can put a little bit on at a time and still have the taste but not eat as much of it.

Sometimes less is better I'll agree....One time while eating one of those bluecheese covered salads I was thinking.......wow, there's way too much dressing here and I can't even taste the lettuse Actually a good way to eat the salad would be to dip the lettuse into the side dish of blue cheese......maybe I'll try that next time instead of having it slathered all over the lettuse.

That is what I do, only I love ranch dressing. I dip my fork and then put it in the salad. Gee, I am getting hungry...think I will see if I have stuff for a salad...byeeee

Some of the Bologna that they have in the grocery stores can't be good either. The meat is ground up so fine that you can't tell how much fat is in it.
