I think he'll plead the 5th on this one

Not if we hold him in contempt first!
Or... he may just throw himself at one of us for mercy!

OK, I agree. My wife is better when it comes to groceries. She can get it done faster.

I asked my husband why he bought 2 of everything the last time he shopped for me with a list of 5 things.....my guess was right........he didn't want to go back in a week and buy the same 5 things again, so he bought double. I guess that was pretty logical Its funny, the other day I said I was going to the store to go grocery shopping, my husband said, well all you probably need to buy is a package of chicken and some milk and eggs and bread, right? Uh...I said NO, is that all you want to eat for the next week? What about coffee, butter, ice cream, lettuse, peanut butter, etc.........
I think he was thinking about his bachelor days

You and my hubby; but a person doesn't buy things at a museum. He has so many tools from woodworking, metal working, farm implements, gun stuff and garden tools
just to name a few. Now I want to buy thing for my interests such a knitting, jewelry making, sewing, stamping to name a few, we don't have the time.

Carl did the grocery shopping when I was pregnant. He never could find many things on the list so I would assign and aisle number beside every item so he knew where to look...and then he still could not find some things! I go shopping with $150 a week and can spend it all with less than a dollar to spare. He always spends at least another $50 on stuff we dont need. One time he came home with a shovel...from the grocery store!!! Because they were on sale!!! Even though he could have gotten the same shovel at Walmart for 5 bucks less! I save money by doing the shopping so i'm the better shopper in this house. I generally think that since women are the ones who cook and clean, that they are the ones who know what and how much to buy for the household.

You can make a bomb out of Hydrogen, but you can also make water out of it--Yohimbe is NOT the same as Yohimbine choride.

Also--JUST ABOUT ANYTHING is bad for you in large does over long periods of time--coffee, sugar, fats--you name it. I am sure you've heard of Ginseng? Many people take that as a supplement. Here is what they say about that:

Quote:
One of Panax ginseng's most common side-effects is the inability to sleep.[11] Other side-effects include nausea, diarrhea, euphoria, headaches, epistaxis, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, and mastalgia.
Do you take an Iron supplement (a lot of women do)?

Quote:
Inadequate intake of iron can cause ill-health but just as important as a cause of illness is consuming too much of Iron. Indeed, Iron excess is a greater risk than iron deficiency for many older Americans.
. . .
Even a small amount of excess iron can damage heart and brain and other storage sites in the body and lead to heart attack or stroke.
How about Vitamin A? Too much of that is not good for you.

Are you getting my point?

I don't suggest anyone take anything in large doses for long periods of time unless they thoroughly research it. But taking Ginseng or Yohimbe is no more dangerous than drinking a cup of coffee. Now you drink 10 cups of coffee and you'll have all kinds of problems.
