Like the new TSG look?
Well, do you like how this site looks now? I have seen some comments concerning it but think we could have a wider range of thoughts about it to get a general concensus.

What say you?

I like the navagation at the top, the new profiles and friends listes... I just find the colour settings a bit hard on the eyes..... I can't change the size of font here here it just changes the very top of the page..... .... So my thoughts are half and half....

there's several things I'm unsure of, for instance, what's the difference or benefit in having a friend as opposed to a contact? what does it mean by a visitors message? are the messages viewed by everyone who visit your profile? this brings me to a slight privacy issue that may not bother some but could concern others, I've noticed if you appear online and check out someones profile then it leaves your details so others can see you've viewed, well I'm not exactly a social networking kinda girl so My Space etc are not on my agenda though I see it's appeal to some, I also find the text too small and I can't temporarily alter it using Ctrl + scroll which I could before, I've tried it on other sites and it works fine and wonder why it isn't working here.
Another issue is when viewing subscribed threads, it was much easier before to see who posted last as it was listed separately on the right hand side and I could see immediately when I had been the last poster and could quickly move on to other thread posts which I hadn't responded to, now you have to virtually squint to read the small grey text to check last posts
I too find the appearance too bright and stark, I much prefer the previous softer look that was easier on the eye.
I don't see any advantages at the moment unlike the last upgrade that gave us the multi quote feature, I suppose we have to get used to it but that's my two pennorth for what it's worth

I think if there would be different, brighter colors (it's so dull and basic now, it used to be bright orange and blue), the old logo brought back, and a few minor bugs fixed, it would be much better and most people would shut up about the change.

As usual, I vascillatingly neurotically do not know
I do accept, however that I will get used to whatever is done....except if it is changed to black background with any color of letters (especially lime green, or orange) I will probably never come back......
Unless someone tracks me down. Then maybe I would consider it.

It is looking nicer every few hours, though. That could be me getting used to it, or you guys tweaking and honing it to accommodate the few/many whiners

Mike, if you are viewing this thread there are two points I would like to bring up. First, I don't see a reply button at the top of the page; I have to scroll down to the bottom to reply. If I am missing something, my apologies. Secondly, The "last post" arrows on the threads don't work in some forums. When I click them they send me to the first post.

Yeah, thanks; I know. It's just that there used to be a big orange reply button at the top and bottom of each page.
