I've seen that one before.

.....

Actually, to be more honest, I've done it before.

I sure wish those things were cheaper. I'm a dork, so where's my chariot?
Interesting. I wonder what's next? A segway on mattracks?

20 covers of a song you really didn't want to get stuck in your head in the first place

If you make it to Ohio State's Marching band, you should probably contact your physician.

What ever would do without youtube?

As if the original wasn't dorky/useless enough, the world's premier car company had to go and actually make it worse.

This one tops out at 3 MPH where the original won't keep up with a bicyclist in a hurry, but will still go 12.5 MPH. Toyota's new version has a range of 3 miles, compared to the original's pathetic, but still useful, range of 15. Hey, at least you can do a day's worth of bicycling within the original Segway's range - you'll be stuck purchasing FIVE Toyotas to try to keep up with it.

... AND hotrodding them

Bet it costs more too.

I'm guessing the second generation will borrow, steal, industrial espionage-ify more of the originals good points. I'm seriously having difficulty believing the Japanese actually came up with something even more useless than the original Segway. I guess Japan has always been the land of the Rube Goldberg Award Champions, but I just didn't expect it to come from Toyota.
