Well i Live in sweden and you know this site Rewards1 Right? This site doesnt work For Me since my Ip is Swedish So my question is Can i somehow get a US Ip so that i Can Take part in Surveys and get Points ? Please reply if u have any idea how to do this (i´ve Tried changing Firefox ip address with FoxyProxy but that wont work)

No you cannot. Restrictions are in place for a reason.
