So what gives with Cutner getting killed off on House? I read in one blog somewhere that he quit to go to work for a government office or something.
Have you ever got into a TV show after it has been out for a while? I'm into Dead Zone right now, and Seinfield. In Dead Zone, they're just now airing the last season shows.
What's your favorite show, and anything going on that you like, or that absolutely drives you nuts??

I'm a big fan of The Office, and this looks hilarious.
Plus, my wife works for a local municipality, so I know this show will be for her what The Office is to me.
Also: Survivor: Tocantins is really good this season. All they need to do is get rid of Coach, and all the annoying people are gone. The rest of the contestants are fun to watch.

Currently playing?.....not much beyond NCIS and The Mentalist......but it's the character relationships that make them interesting, not so much the plots.
Battlestar Glactica was interesting when watched from the DVD sets so that the commercials didn't break up the continuity.......but the last two episodes were real stinkers.
I watched the last half of the 09 season on Hulu.
I don't bother with Heroes anymore and I lost interest in Lost at the beginning of it's second season.
Some shows are better on Hulu than TV because of the fewer interruptions.
The TV Terminator series isn't too bad ( ).......well some aren't too bad .
24 is a lot better on DVD than on TV.....same reason, no advertising, the story line flows more evenly.
The writer's strike hurt production knocking off some series that I had been following, like Dresden Files, which never came back and the economy is expected to further hurt TV productions with an increase of reality shows because of lower production costs.
I'm not far from canceling my TV cable subscription and going back to air broad cast TV because there is so little offered.
I have been going to my local library and getting not only more recent movies, but the block busters to boot.
And they have a good selection of TV series on DVDs.

Lost is getting too weird. Hate violent shows, so only a few educational stations are worth for me to watch, Discovery and History.
There are no good new comedies, and the last cartoon I liked was Flintstones, I learned English with that show and I love Lucy (reruns) since all good shows were before my time. | | Senior Member with 1,342 posts. | | Join Date: Jun 2007 Experience: Beginner | | I agree with many of you. There is very little worth watching on TV these days. Many evenings our TV is off all evening, and I wonder why we are even paying a cable bill.
I had one Bell caller that was trying to get me to switch to them, say oh with Bell express view you get 100 channels on the basic. Yep I answered 10 plus 90 garbage channels.
I think, in fact I hope that TV as we know it is going the way of the Dodo bird
Rogers has brought in on demand where you pick what and when you want to watch on TV. I think this will make sponsors back good shows, because poor shows will not have viewers watching their ads. At least that is what I'm hoping will happen, but you never know. We might be stuck watching garbage forever. Thank God for computers!!!

It was and still is my all time favorite TV show. I have watched reruns and more reruns of the show. They make me laugh every time and I never get tired of watching them.

The funny thing is that the whole time I was watching the episode I was joking that he was going to work for Obama. I had no idea I was right. Quote: |

| Yep, happens to me all the time. Happened with House, for example. I love it because House isn't something that I really need all the backstory on, so I frequently catch old episodes and they're all new to me. Lost, on the other hand, I joined in the second season and had to buy the first season on DVD to catch up! | | Administrator with 6,862 posts. | | Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: Somewhere back in the Mountain Experience: better than my sister |

#12 | We've been watching 24 (have every season), Fringe (quite interesting), House, use to watch CSI (stopped watching it when Grissom left), Leverage (my new favorite show, it's very smartly written, snappy dialogue and sharp twists and turns that catch you off guard), and Bones. Leverage starts new episodes this summer.
