Sounds interesting, except for the mushrooms.

How do you make it?

Like i make everything
throw it in a pan and cross my fingers

Just fry an onion and 2 garlic cloves in butter
add mushrooms and chopped up bacon or whatever you want
add salt pepper and some mixed herbs and the liver
cook for a few mins then add some gravy mix
Liver doesnt take long to cook

Hmm well normally at dinnertime i have to eat before everyone else so use of the magic cooking oven (microwave) is common. tonight i have some leftover pork my dad had cooked on the grill earlier in the week which was very good. So im doing it simple, gonna defrost a couple roles from the freezer, reheat a nice amount of pork, slap provolone cheese in the bread and mmmmm sandwhiches...for a green i figure i could just throw a salad together.
