mmm. yea, sometimes they are great side dishes. Hot dogs, even Nathan's or Hebrew National, just not my thing. But enjoy!!!!
I freeze them. I don't serve them often. Not too healthy but tasty. Hebrew National are also good.

Tonight was sausages, rice and corn on the cob.

Last night though was roast loin of pork with a coating of secret spices and garlic with carrots, turnips and rice. Yummy......

Yes, I'm a rice freak.

s I should have said I keep them in the freezer until I want to use them. A package lasts a long time at this house.

Yes, I'm a rice freak.

I'm a rice freak too.

I like Rice-A-Roni's pilaf the best, but I'll take just plain white rice anytime.
I often have to tell my wife not to add any spices to it. Just leave it plain. I sometimes add a little soy sauce.

Your pork loin sounds great. My fife does that really well too.

Haven't had kraut in a long time! I like it with boiled potatoes. I add some apple juice to it to sweeten it up a bit. Putting kraut on my shopping list.
