I make hot wings, using raspberry jelly and habanero sauce, also makes a great sauce for "Swedish" meat balls...

Tonight, we have the spread for the Bible study... I just bought some smoked salmon, and those excellent tasting Fincrisp crackers to go with that.. now, I'm about to start the spread - cream cheese with chopped/dried chili. Main course will be shrimp (boiled) with one of my cocktail sauces (jalapeņo with tomato puree, garlic, finely chopped onion, and cumin). Plus a couple of other things I haven't thought of yet. Gotta go make it.

I think I'll grill some boneless chicken breasts and make a nice Summer salad tonight.

cheap and easy, and gentle on the tummy.

That's what I had last night and will have same tonight. I bake them. I rub olive oil on them and season with garlic powder and McCormick Grill Mates seasoning and bake. Delicious! Or sometimes, I do Lemon/Pepper.
