I don't think it's the clock going back so much as it was just the fact that I was home by myself. I hate to cook when it's just for me. So, yeah, cereal.

sorry becca, I thought you'd had cereal as a family, I know what you mean though as sometimes it seems a waste of time just to cook for yourself, I tend to snack more often than not but I will make the effort sometimes through guilt of not eating healthily when I know I should but just can't be bothered

Eh, it's OK. 99% of the time we do eat as a family, but tonight was kind of a weird night. Hubby had to go to a school board meeting, and "grandma" still had the munchkin during dinner. To be honest, it was kind of nice to have the house to myself.

Dude! Mine too! I have this awesome microwave with this "grill" feature that makes things crispy instead of soggy--you could toast bread in there if you had the patience. But yeah, I've used the heck out of my microwave now that I've gotten this new one. Hopefully, it won't get worn out for a long time.

Baked potatoes with sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese, & pulled pork. Hubby will probably add chives and bacon bits to his, but I don't care too much for those extras on mine.
