me hates a soft towel as much as the next guy..I looked everywhere for a towel that would handle the water right.None could be found
I finally gave up and use the floor mats

The mental image of you buck nekkid and soaking wet rolling around on the floor mat is just a little bit disturbing!

Neb.
For what it's worth, I have towels that just plain fail to do the job. I think the key factor is not weave but the absorbency of the material used in making the towel. Some towels suck up the water like a camel's back while others just move the water around.

I tried a squeegee earlier today.....good results..the key is to having a very flexible edge to contour the shoulder blades.

Tomorrow am going to try wd40 before getting in the shower...it is supposed to repel water....therefore it might solve the towel problem altogether
