In York, it is perfectly legal to shoot a Scotsman with a bow and arrow (except on Sundays)

Should be legalized everywhere.

I heard that one in the form that you're ONLY allowed to kill him if HE is carrying a bow and arrow.

It's illegal BTW to enter the Houses of Parliament in a suit of armor. You're also not allowed to die in there.
