"at" vs "on"
Is it possible to say both "at the other hand" and "on the other hand" or is only one of them right?

I've only heard/used "on the other hand". To me, "at the other hand" doesn't sound right.

At the other hand, you could play it safe. That would be duck soup. At the other hand, you could be one eighty out.

I think this is sort of like whether you "stand IN line" or "stand ON line"- I've heard both. But I usually say I stand in line, and say on the other hand. Luckystrike has a point though, its fun to see people's responses when you say the unexpected.

I've noticed a few people down here (southeastern US) say something like "Ever when I ..." rather than "Whenever I ...". Of course, this is an area where someone saying something like "What is you doing ..." goes completely unnoticed!
