Star Downloader is cool. It lets you integrate your antivirus and scan each file you download too.
I prefer fresh download, but either is great.

Star Downloader is outstanding!!! It replaced several other program mgrs. I was using. NO SPYWARE either. . .

I just sent the Star guys a donation -- that's how much I like this program. It works with any browser -- I mainly use it with Firebird [the Mozilla browser component, formerly called Phoenix].

Star also works fine when with IE & Opera.
