Slimbrowser
Have found this browser called slimbrowser, has a tabbed interface, uses favorites from IE, has hot-key support. Seems very fast, nice. Try it out from here. It's free as well!!!

Crazy Browser and Avant Browser have all the same features - but are free!

Yeah, I tried crazybrowser, and Avant browser, they just didn't work for me.
