Advise clients to stay away from UK2.net

They use joker.net in Germany as their registrar - a one man band by the look of it.

I've had a bad experience trying to change the dns for a client who has inadvertently used UK2.net to register their domain name. A month ago I paid online for a dns change without any results.

Does anyone else know of any bad experiences with UK2.net?

Had a minor problem with their email forwarding service I set up for my father.

The main problem being that their tech support are VERY VERY unhelpful for individual users, basically not giving a damn.

I've bought quite a few domain names from them, which is fine, but the one time I needed help, they gave anything but.
