Fuji Camera's off eBay
BEWARE!!! I bought a Fuji FinePix off eBay with what was supposed to be a one year warrenty. After a while the camera had problems turning on. It took nearly 3 months for me to get them to honor the 1 year warrenty!!!!

I think your problem may be more with ebay rather than Fuji. I will never buy anything from ebay again as I had problems with them too many times.
