i bought mine ..started havin probs from the get go... i have silver... i loaded wav files...i don't think the mini likes wav's much... thing kept freezing... but after loading aac files and "resetting" after u load up your music it seems to be behaving... (the battery logo ain't to hot tho)

Perhaps you could post a picture of what the available colors look like? I like to make an 'informed' decision.

I'd go silver, but I'd also wouldn't buy an iPod because I'm poor. I like to use my MD and wish it was a NetMD so I could record *.wma files.
