Something unusual from lexmark
I have had trouble with my lexmark x1150 all-in-one for about two months. I have 10 e-mails (actually TEN) saved where they told me fourty things to do to fix it with no relief. Today I got sick of it & called & within three minutes the lady was telling me (yes hevily accented!) since it was under warranty they would send me a new one & I would get it in 5-7 days. Well PooP If I would have know that was all it took I would have called 2 months ago!

I guess the moral of the story is if you want lexmark to actually DO anything you have to call them... Now as long as the second one doesn't suck......

Hi,

I always feel like giving some credit...

Lexmark have always seemed to me to be excellent at public relations.

Take heart for the future.

You know I really like it when folks like one company or the other, but I happen to have a Lexmark X4270,first one from Leaxmark. I thought that this all-in-one was great. Until I wanted to contact Lexmark via e-mail. First e-mail was not answered. Second e-mail was not answered. Finally I made the CALL,a person in lndia answered. Any way I have not found the answer to my problem! But will keep trying! I have the printer working, not the scanner, nor the Fax and copy!

Only ten e-mails? I must have thirty!

To be fair: My little Lexmark Z25 has incredible output for such an inexpensive printer! Tech support? That's another story...

I never have reached a resolution on my Lexmark issues. Perhaps I should try calling them too!
