my girlfriend just recently spilled orange juice on her inspiron laptop. although the system was fine the keyboard was toast. she called dell, told them it was under warranty (it really was, although they didnt check) and they instantly agreed to send her a new keyboard with detailed installation instructions free of charge. dell one, evil blue screen zero...
