I hate flash and keep it disable so it kills the links you have there.
Colors are bad on the eyes too.

Sorry I did not mean to hurt your feelings.

You find a lot of people hate flash web sites.

Now I love flash games and that but not web sites that have the flash controls etc you have to use to get tru there web site. Plus flash sites take a big hit on your CPU so people with older PC's would get hit real hard by it.
Like here at this site and others with flash my CPU usage is at 4% but with flash it goes up to 20% to 30% and that is on an AMD XP-1800.
