I know...it's not a comp review

After using the product for some time, I have noticed a great improvement in my knees specifically -- and a more fluid motion throughout the rest of my body. It's good stuff if you have joint problems

My Mum does, Ciber. How long did you use it before you noticed a difference?

Thanks for the review. I'd wondered about this product. Played basketball in Jr.High and H.S. Consequently, some knee pain/stiffness. Will give it a good, lengthy trial. Again, much appreciated.

I'd say three to four weeks when I first noticed. After six weeks I was on it was as if I was the tin man and had fresh oil added to my knees -- loving it

I've been reading up on it...I take the triple strength (two pills a day) -- looks like after three months you can lower to one pill a day, what they call a 'maintenance' dose. If it still works the same, it will save me from having to buy it as often...I will report back when I know it still works the same with only using the maintenance dose.

Thanks again, CB. Chronic pain does dampen one's spirits. Sounds as if this will help alot.
