Free Webhosting (now following rules)
Spam link removed is the best free webhosting. Offer 900MB space and 11GB bandwidth. It has been around for months and is still doing very good. This is the best deal for hosting you can find.

You own the site but you're not affiliated with it?

If I may butt in here to make another point. If the site only offered free web hosting, it would be different. You also offer paid web hosting and it doesn't take a marketing genius to know that the free web hosting offer is a marketing strategy in hopes to eventually sell more space and bandwidth to those that have the free space. This is obviously against the rules.
