Arrow Plaxo !!!!!!!!!!
I just replied to someone asking about Plaxo. I am ecstatic over this program I just found and it is free. Wow is all I can say....actually I am pasting my reply to someone that asked about it in another forum. Plaxo is a contact program that adds diamonds and rubies to outlook express. Here is my reply to someone

SWEET Program!!!! This is one of the best programs I have ever had.
I use outlook express for business, working from home. I set up Internet Dealers to sell our products. I have been unorganized lately...a lot, and my address book is a mess. Has several people added with only email and no first or last name or some with partials. I have not had the time to add all of their business info like address, web site, ph#, etc. Not to mention my contact info that needed to be updated and available to them. My address book has over 120 names in it. I have duplicate info, several addresses for one person and even more of a mess. Here is what it did for me in a short, easy no-brainer way:

In 30-60 minutes (includes reading the how-to's) , I sent everyone of my friends and family an email with my personal contact info (which was on a card I personalized in 1 minute) and I sent the business contacts my business info with different card and our logo!. Addressing them each was a Nice touch since I usually only have time to BC (blind-copy) them all at once to tell them something)More than half of those sent replied within 24 hours.

I can easily view who I sent the info to by looking at my address book and not a sent folder. It also added birthdays and a reminder email comes up when it is someones and with link to small card site so you can quickly send one so it is received on their special day (great personal touch for business)
...Let me see...what else? Nice to have family updated info without having to ask them especially birthdays I should already know!
Address book is available through their web site so I can access it anywhere which is a big plus for me.
The program is relatively new and may have a few bugs effecting outlook and express that will be fixed no doubt but who cares at this point? updating my address book has been an ongoing project for several months and I just completed it with way more than the basics in less than an hour
I have not had time to investigate all of the capabilities yet but the next thing I do will be to email our dealers and suggest they download the program to use in obtaining info from their customers. Easy way to verify or have backup shipping info and sending an email at a later date to offer them a special or thank them for ordering; doing so all at once by putting them all in one folder.
Value on this gem? I would have to figure out exactly what my time is worth and how many days I just saved to come up with the exact value, which I don't have time for. Giving this 5 stars times 2!

If I get one more Plaxo email from someone I don't even know, I think I am going to scream

People don't realize that they send this to people who get added to their address books simply because they replied to an email years ago...........
