Do you have a sub-folder (or sub-directory) named "Locker" within your Folder Lock directory?

Sorry, I am not understanding your setup. My hidden folders for Folder Lock are in a sub-folder named "Locker"; that is where yours should be. Do you see a folder, subfolder, or subdirectory with the specific name of "Locker"? Beyond that I do not know what to say to help.

Folder locker
No I’m not. The folder Locker shown that’s empty, but if I copied Locker to another partition I saw the name of copied files. And the folder Locker is 3.5 Gb size, just like unhidden directory, but I can not acsses them.

Best regards

Arrow Yes I have had the same problem with Folder Lock
Hi, I had the same problem with BSOD as they call it. I was a registered user but my company has since purchased Folder Vault instead. Our company requires a software program that will encrypt with a certain government standard. Foldervault provides this for us.

Regards,
Laverne

And you have no backup?

Remember: Data you don't have at least two copies of is data you don't care about.
