Notes:

1) DHCP Client is not required for dial-up connection computers.
2) Remote Procedure Call (RPC) is also required for Windows Updates, as is BITS
3) DNS Client disabling allows very large Hosts files to be used without experiencing increased bootup and Internet login times.

BTW, most of Black Vipers optimization stuff has been debunked and shown not to make much of a difference performance wise. Over at Anandtech one of the members has run his own test on these settings and has some pretty interesting findings.
