Do not user Aplus.net
This is just a warning to anyone who is thinking of using www.aplus.net. We signed up for a year service because it was affordable & seemed to have all the services we needed. It also won an award on cnet.com. Long story short, the hosting plan we purchased didn't work. We couldn't view, upload, etc. We called to complain and a week later it's still broken without any explanation/resolution. No website, no money. Just a warning to anyone who uses the internet as a source of income. Aplus does not honor their 30 day guarantee and does not give partial refunds. We googled the company name and found out that many others complained about this company as well.

I've used Aplus.net to host my two websites since 1997 and have had NO problems whatsoever. I have the "Primo" plans, but they used to be called Solo.

Do you document who you've talked to? I'd be hounding them. Keep trying - the squeaky wheel gets the grease. GOOD LUCK.

Many of my clients use aplus.net to host the sites we build for them and I haven't heard
of one complaint yet.

Hmmm...maybe you got yourself a lemon ?
