Thumbs up Review for the new Yahoo! Mail Beta & Please take the poll
Hi folks, it's been a longtime since I last visited the forum since I was quite busy with my projects. Now i got some time off to devote 2 other activities
Well let's get to the topic now. I recently happened to come across the New Yahoo! Mail Beta. It's amazing and really fast. I've been using Google Mail before this but I find Yahoo! fast. Even before the upgrade to this version, I found that Yahoo! was quite fast in it's initial opening (not afterwards ofcourse). But now the new version is quite good, which I believe is an integration of their acquisition of Outpost Mail (www.outpost.com). I haven't been able to use Outpost but I hope anybody who has used Outpost would share their experiences and comments regarding that service. The only intrusion in an almost perfect experience is Yahoo!'s ad-sidebar which is a very big nuisance! I found it quit irritating all the times. They show graphic ads that too. I wish they would let the user decide wat kinda ad he/she would like to see around their inboxes! On a scale of 1-10 I would rank the new service (which is still in beta of course) at 6.8 while google gets 7. have also tried Windows Live Mail I find it a crappy rip off of GMail. Personally I don't like the big window* washing bespectacled guy's products that well (on the web of course). Anyway, would love to have people share their experiences and also would love you all to take the poll

hi folks forgot to mention that the new Yahoo! Mail has an interface similar to outlook or outlook express. Also the shortcuts have been improved for performing common tasks and they have added a tabbed interface to the site! Shall I need to say the Firefox effect? Anyway, I have a way for existing users to be able to get into the beta version (which is not available in the US in general at the moment although they are giving people the beta on an invite basis.) I am working on the procedure to be able to get into the Beta and will upload the page by tomorrow on my site which you will find here: www.fiqbal.com

Please keep on voting as i would love to see wat people require and wouldn't you also?
