iTunes
At christmas time I went online to iTunes and purchased a $100.00 gift cert. for my daughter, which allowed her to download roughly 89 songs. No problem. Then in Feb. I did the same thing. But instead of them allowing her only to download $100.00 worth of songs. They allowed her to download $1000.00 worth of songs. Which they so eagerly debited out of my account the $1000.00. When I was finally able to locate a phone number for them and spoke with their customer service dept. I was informed that since she was my daughter that I was responsible and they were not going to refund any of my $1000.00. I informed the person I was speaking with that when my daughter is downloading music from their store up in the top right corner is a box that keeps track of the money she spends until she has reached her limit. This time there was no box in the top corner keeping track of the money she spent. I immediately called my fiance who by the way is an attorney and he has started the process of suing Apple which owns iTunes.

Has anyone else had to experience this kind of problem with iTunes?

Good luck trying to sue Apple, they have funny, crazy, but extremely good lawers.

I have not bought anything on iTunes (I rip all my songs off of CDs), but I know that once you buy a song, you can't return it. If you have an account, I believe you can buy as many songs as you want and that may have been how you got to $1000.
