I found this program by accident:

I was looking for something else, as usual, it is called Fresh Download, and it's great. It will download from several locations at once, you can set times, there are check boxes you control to integrate it with I/E and Netscape, it pauses and RESUMES, I have used it and it is the best I have tried, not even a banner !...Rhett
