Thumbs up Nissan Rogue

Bought this as a new 'family' vehichle, since my wife and I had a baby over the Christmas holidays, and WOW. Dollar-for-dollar, the new Rogue from Nissan far surpasses any other 'entry-level' SUV/Crossover.

We test drove MANY alternatives including the Kia Sportage, Hyundai Tuscon, Jeep Compass and Patriot, Mitsubishi Outlander, and more. The Nissan beats them all for fit and finish, handling, fuel economy, power and responsiveness, and (in my opinion), appearance.

The new 'CVT' transmission feels a bit different when accelerating, but the power is definitely there, and everything feels smooth.

Not saying that this is the best vehicle out there for EVERYONE, since each person will have their differing opinions on what makes a 'good' vehicle, but I can say that everyone I've interacted with so far has been very impressed with it.

Two thumbs up on this one Nissan! You've got a winner with this vehicle!
