Angry disaster with Eclipse computers of Coventry
ordered early Nov
arrived early Dec
faulty graphics card on delivery both reported it and requested it be fixed within 30 days but Eclipse refuse to collect under their premier30 warranty.
I have to post it at my own expense.
WORSE : after 6 weeks the DVD drive jammed out ( so hard to package)

I'm replacing the DVD off my own bat and using onboard graphics

google Eclipse Computers (of Coventry) and they seem to
have a terrible reputation for product reliability and customer service.
for the most part the feedback on numerous boards is frighteningly negative.

sure maybe only disatisfied customers complain but google Chillblast or Zoostorm or Dell and you don't find pages of angry feedback ! but you do with Eclipse !! and its not that they are a large company
an informed assessment of the wisdom of an Eclipse purchase should take this into account

more Eclipse Computers problems surface
yet more problems with Eclipse Computers product reliability and customer service have surfaced - several in the last few weeks and months (possibly arising from purchases of Eclipse Elite PCs which were toprated by PC Advisor for a couple of months)
