yet more problems with Eclipse Computers product reliability and customer service have surfaced - several in the last few weeks and months (possibly arising from purchases of Eclipse Elite PCs which were toprated by PC Advisor for a couple of months)

It took some time to get that sorted.
I personally am still waiting for them to send me a replacement DVDRW drive...been waiting since July, they always tell me they'll send it out 'now', but it's never done."
