The catch is it's not installed on Apple hardware and violates Apple's EULA.
I'm hearing the hardware 'clone' is actually spec'd out better.
Be interesting to watch the legal hassles over this.

I don't think Apple would sue them, although they probably could. They'll just change their code and mess up everyone with one of these computers. Anyways, I want to see one of these in action.

Apple could make it so updates would not install. Plus make it so any newer version of Leopard would not work.
