New provider recommendations needed!
I'm thinking about changing my cell phone service from a contract carrier (Alltel) to a pre-paid one. Is this a bad idea? What providers do you recommend? I need a provider that has service in KS--EVERYWHERE in KS....we live in a rural area, and I need to know that it's going to work out here.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Our whole family uses verizon. Verizon plans are great if most of the people you know have verizon too. You can call any other verizon cell phone and the calls are free...within the states. Plus the service in our area has been excellent. But I am not from KS so I don't know how well it works there.

Hi,
Once you get a good recommendation for customer service, value for money etc will you be able to make use of this to check out coverage?
