Nice site man.

I would offer one aesthetic critique, you've got a lot of different colours going on and the black side bars against the white text makes the page look very busy. I think if you substituted a pale blue or a light grey for the black it would give the site a more harmonious overtone.

Love the flash btw. Looks pro but be aware that the loading time on my average 2mb connection for the flash was about 3-4 seconds and without it things look a bit off. First time browser may be disuaded if they dont wait for the loader.
