Sleezy company
Anyone contemplating ordering from www.Shop4tech.com would be wise to ignore the bogus reviews on their products. I've had two different encounters there where the product stunk and I posted a negative review after several returns for replacements. The negative reviews never show up, just the positive ones.

Caveat emptor applies to this sleazy outfit! The latest example, I returned this one twice before I figured out I'd probably never get a working one! http://www.shop4tech.com/item8006.html?r=500

is nothing but an outlet for chinese/indian/korean made products..

if you read the "overview " for the product you linked to in your post John, the english description leaves a lot to be desired, re: proper word usage....

This mini camcorder (camera) is with the latest technology! Now you can just take video clips anytime anywhere you want. It is popular among the people in the areas as business, education, safety, mass media, tourism, medical, even ordinary life, and etc.

when I see that kind of english used, I definately head in the other direction, unless the item is a free sample, including free postage.

I am sorry you've had so many problems with them, or they at that web site might have put it.....

I figure that good service deserves to be recognized, and bad service needs to be broadcast as well.
