More Free Backup Software
I use Acronis True Image for backups of my computer however, while searching for something else, I ran across this free piece of software and am passing it on to you. I downloaded/installed it and received the free registration key and now it is fully registered. I have not yet tested it but will.
This c/p is my info for your possible use and good luck if you choose to use it:

East-Tec Backup 2009 normally costs $39.95 to purchase (aff), or user can download East-Tec Backup 2009 trial version for only 15 days free usage. As part of promotion with Softpedia, East-Tec is giving away free license for the full version of latest version of East-Tech Backup 2009. The promotion is valid until July 31, 2009, so grab the key immediately while it lasts.

It's just file-by-file backup, there are plenty of free options for that.
