two thumbs up for LG
purchased a lg 22" monitor lcd year and a half ago and have been v, happy with it (3 yr warranty)
then it started having a pink hue and was starting up dull, a power reset brought it back to bright (normal) tried 2 diff' computers and diff' cables
contacted lg who would not let me get it repaired locally (listed my local repair shops on their website with a search) they wanted me to send it in for a "refurb" this made me nervous (didn't like the idea of getting someone else's beat up lcd)
well.... the 1st one they sent had a cluster of dead pixels... no bueno
2nd one was beatup and the screen was all scratched...... no bueno
i complained to the big cheese and to my surpise they offered a buyback and they are in the process of sending a check for my original purchase price $359
.........now all i really wanted is for them to replace the backlight but i just purchased a new LG monitor a 27"
just wanted to share a graet experiance with a great company......... way to go LG
***by the way the new w2753v is stunning****
purchased at amazon.com don't like neweggs pixel policy

morre thumbs up for LG
I had a washing machine from LG and it went haywire after 4 years, The store exchanged it for a new LG washing machine, they honoured the 5 year warranty, I was surprised and happy.
Therefore we ended up buying now an LCD 42"TV, we are happy with it and hope nothing happens, but I was happy with LG service.

I have been using LG products for 8 years now and haven't had a single complaint. I am currently using a LG widescreen and as far as my tired old eyes are concerned the picture quality can't be beat. A big to LG: well done!
