Thumbs down HP Total care service
HP total care is ZERO care.. Never buy HP product if you think you may need service. I bought HP monitor and it did not work... After multiple calls the technicians told me that my monitor needs to be replaced.. Thats when my real problem started..

To replace the monitor I have to call during specific times so that case manager can authorize a replacement.. The case managers do not work during evenings and weekends.. And when I call during day times then I never get to them..

After lot of arguments, I was told that case manager will call me back.. That never happened..

I am stuck with a monitor that I paid.. But could not use it. And did I tell its within warranty period

Where did you buy it?

Usually HP won't even talk to you unless 30 days has passed. Up to that point, you deal with whoever it was purchased from.

I have an HP computer and Monitor. I had it a year when my wireless keyboard went out. I called the tech support to see what was wrong with it and found that it had stopped working and needed to be replaced . They sent me a new one and I got it the very next day. No hassle and No problems.
