Dell Studio Desktop Upgrade?
Hi, I'm asking all of you if it is a good idea for me to get a Dell Studio Desktop. I have a Dell Dimension 3000 with an Intel Pentium 4 processor (2.80ghz). OS-Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition. If you have a Studio Desktop, could you give some facts about it? Editors rate the Studio in the mid-range (cnet.com). I'm thinking to buy it, with an Intel Core 2 duo processor. Can you please reply to this message, it would be greatly appreciated, Thank you, Tyler616

I would keep it to one thread,,and just take recommendations from there,
It is frowned upon starting multiple threads regarding the same topic

I seen 3 different posts in 3 different threads ...all merged together now,now we can make suggestions etc and better help you without having to hop from thread to thread...just dont hit the new button anymore lol

have you got narrowed down your choices for a pc?

I would throw a dollar amount out that you are willing to spend....there are a few guys that know where are the deals are...and the pros and cons of differant setups.

How much you wanting to pay for a new pc?

Price Range
The price range that I would like to target is 700-800 dollars. Not more than 800. The Studio Desktop is a little pricy at dell.com. *Tyler616

Buying a computer is like buying a car, you don't zero in on one specific make and model, or you'll surely pay too much for it.
