Aol
I need to get off of dial up. I want ATT. They delivered a fancy modem here at my address. It has been lying here for months. I have called many times to find a way to get it back to them. I want their service. They say I had AOL over nine years ago and need over a 500 dollar deposit. Repeatedly I have told them I have NEVER had AOL. They won't listen. I have had Mindspring, People pc and Toast ISP's for my entire internet years. One office says I owe them nothing, another says I do. Honestly I do not know what to do but go with Cricket. I have heard they have strict usage limits. Are there any suggestions? If I could just deal with one person at ATT maybe I would have a chance. They really need to find a way for me to return their very expensive equipment they have mailed here though. Good Lord, things have gotten complicated. Why would a single person have more than one ISP? I live alone. No offense, but cannot help it, but I would never put an AOL disc on my computer. Talk about BinLadanonline. Dang... Any ideas but just to suffer? How about cricket? Any experiences with them. I am really getting no where here. My apartment restricts us to Knology, and that is a 'forget it'. I have their phone service and that is enough.
