Avoid EMS Computing
The seem to have good prices but the last two times I tried to order from them they rushed to charge my card and then never delivered the product. When I ordered the last product it was clearly shown to be in stock (111 units) but when I didn't get a tracking number I tried to contact the company. They have changed their contact policy and there is absolutely no way to contact them other than e-mail (which they don't acknowledge). Now I was in a position of needing the product or my money so I could buy it from someone else and I had neither. Two weeks later I received an e-mail claiming they were back-ordered (still showed 88 units in stock on-line) I replied asking that the order be cancelled but my reply went unanswered. After conversations with my card holder (American Express) I was told that as long as I kept a copy of my e-mails requesting cancellation they would accept those as proof of "intent" and contest the charge. I e-mailed this information to EMS and after a day or two I suddenly received a cancellation notice from them but they still have not credited my card for this so it remains under dispute. So my recommendation is to avoid them at all costs, the prices may seem tempting but their shady business practices are not.

They don't rate too well on Resellerratings.com

http://www.resellerratings.com/seller1892.html

A good site for checking out a vendor before you do business with them.

I had purchased from them in the past with good results, but now it seems they have gone seriously down hill.....

Althought they finally cancelled my order they have yet to creidt my card for this purchase, American Express has issued a credit to my account for this but it stays in limbo because EMS has not replied to their requests for information. It will eventually run out of time and become a permanent credit but it would have been nice to just put this to rest, once again I suggest avoiding EMS at all costs.
