Just wanted to thank Bryan for spending so much of his valuable time saving my computer! It was just a hunk of metal taking up space under my desk and now we can actually use it! I thank you and my 4 teenagers (who can't live without their IMing) thank you! This site is terrific and everyone is so knowledgable and patient. I always reccommend it to friends who need assistance. Keep up the great work!

One suggestion: for those of us who aren't the really technical type, would it be possible to have a glossary of terms that come up in discussions that are not be of common knowledge to the average person? Just a thought.....

For your suggestion, google has a Glossary where you can click your search term and it will define for you, and there are freeware programs where you can highlight a word, right click and choose to look it up in a dictionary or encyclopedia.
