I had an easy (aka stupid) question about a problem that I just could not figure out. It turned out to be extremely simple (hey, I'm computer illiterate). Finally, this morning I did a search on MSN for technical support and found this site. I registered immediately and posted my question. Within just a few minutes I had my answer! It was so easy! I have a feeling that I will be a frequent visitor since I have stupid questions a lot. I just wanted to tell everyone involved with this site that computer idiots such as myself really appreciate the help you give. Also, I think everyone should donate to keep a site like this going. I certainly plan to! Thanks again.
