Quick Reply To Threads ?

Would it be possible to add 'A Quick Reply' to the end of threads ?

What would that entail? What's the difference between a Reply and a quick reply?

The quick reply message box would already be attached to last message of thread, so no need to click reply to post first, handy also if you don't want to add any fancy stuff ! smilies etc
