user list
I'd love to see a user list by location; state (or country) at least. Any chance?

I tried to compile such a list over a year ago and was not very successful. The only way to know the location of a TSG member is for that member to tell you in his or her personal profile. Most of the regulars have done that. Just click on the "Members" tab and then click on the member names one by one to display each profile. Turns out -- as you might guess -- that most members are in the USA and Canada with a small but quite vocal group in GB. That's about the best anyone can do to answer your question. After you've been here for a few months, you'll have a better feel for where the more active members live.

OK, thanks! By the way, Randy. Caitlin is simply my Renaissance-era alter ego, so we may be kindred spirits. Anybody else out there from Tampa?

Heheh, I used to live in Tampa way back about 20 years ago or more. went to Junior High school for 1 year or so there. Lived in a place that was near Chuck E Cheese, Fox Grove or something.

Only a few miles from Busch Gardens, if memory serves!

I think there's a Fox Hollow - apartments, maybe? Which jr. high? I've been here all my life, but jr. high was a lot more than 20 years ago! 8-) We're fairly close to the Chuck E. Cheese on Dale Mabry; I think there was another one once upon a time.

It was a new housing estate back in . . . hhmmmm . . .'83?

I moved so much of my life, on average of every 1 1/2 to 2 years, that many of the places sort of merge together!

I wasn't driving yet, so my local knowledge of that area is severely stunted.

Name a few of the schools in that area. If I remember rightly, it was a fairly new one.

Actually, i think it might have been off Ehrlich Rd but the map shows a lot more buildup in that area. I'm pretty sure it was Fulmar Dr, but when we lived there, there was only a single box rd, with more planned for development later.

thanx for letting me do a jaunt down memory lane.

My guess would be Ben Hill (now a middle school, as are all our ex-jr. highs now). It's actually on Ehrlich. The area is much more built up now (I've lived in the same house for 31 years - my parents built it and my husband and I bought it when they moved), so I've seen a lot of changes.

Leto is a high school, so you're older than you think you are!

At that time high schools were still 10/11/12, so you're probably right. Off for a trip to Orlando with other teachers from my school (work, not play!). Have a lovely week!
