Not another SOLVED issue?
Sorry,

I have trawled through a few SOLVED posts before posting this, but I have a general question that wasn't answered...!

I think I used to be able to edit my own post if I was the thread starter and amend the main subject heading to say "SOLVED" at the start (if my problem had been fixed).

However, when I try this now, it doesn't amend the Main subject heading, just the first post's own subject heading.

Am I doing something wrong, or am I completely mad and was never able to do that in the first place?
I'm sure I was able to in the past, and in the forum view it would indeed say "SOLVED" at the start of a post that I started and been resolved.

completely mad, that's what you are.

I don't ever remember being able to edit the Subject line . . .

or maybe it's just that I never tried a few years ago!

To get the "solved" added, just Report the post, and the Mods will do it.

Thanks Randy!

I will do this in future (i like to keep things tidy!)

(I am still certain that I've done this myself in the past though!)

Oh well, there we go!

Thanks again

(now.... how do i mark this post as resolved...???)
