Hi ... I was in Random playing some games and I received this message ( will post the picture ) do you know what it means, please and why I receive it ?

Burstnet is the company that helps to pay the bills around here -- they run the banner ads at the top and bottom of the site. Once in a while, their site goes down (I guess they're doing updates)... Shouldn't get that often.
