Search Errors
Trying to do search for "run time errors on IE" and am getting this error message from your servers....

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1 bytes) in /home/httpd/vhosts/helponthe.net/forums/search.php on line 889

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 45 bytes) in /home/httpd/vhosts/helponthe.net/forums/includes/functions.php on line 468

Thanks! The problem was only with Server 2 (see the very bottom-left corner of your screen). Just fixed it.

I have run into a different search problem.

Someone in the "All Other Software" forum had an Incredimail question. I thought I recalled a similar question earlier, so I did a search on Incredimail. I have done this search in the past, and it has found numerous results. Now it says my search criteria are too long, too short, or too common. It won't do the search.

Yup, "incredimail" is too long of a word to be indexed -- try "incredima*" (without the quotes).

Sorry to hear that. Works fine for me. Make sure you're not including the quotes. If you still can't get search to work, maybe you can tell me something about your computer... OS, browser, firewalls, etc. Also, if you get an error message, what does it say?
