another category... i dunno
I dunno if this would work, just an idea...
anyway, maybe there could be a website critique category, where people can post their websites and people can review them and give suggestions

Has been suggested several times before, I don't see a reason for a new category when there are already over a dozen. You could just use Development, Web & E-Mail or Random Discussion.

I would use Developement, but that's more for specific questions. This is just for suggestions in general. It might seem too much like advertising.
